What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address and message, and — only if you choose to give them — your phone number, company, the services you're interested in, your budget range and timeline.
- Messages and calls. If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the details you share there. WhatsApp messages are also handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our web server records basic request information — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to keep the site secure and working.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, understand your project and send you a proposal.
- To keep a record of our conversations if we work together.
- To protect the website against spam and abuse.
We use the details you send us on the basis of your consent and to take the steps you ask for before a contract. We never sell your personal data.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Form messages are stored on our own web server, which is hosted by our hosting provider in the European Union. Only our team can read them. We may use trusted service providers — for example for hosting, email or messaging — who process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If we don't go on to work together, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@starmenhouse.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 80009 08590 and we will respond as soon as we can. You also have the right to raise a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as our website or services change. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
